The discovery call will be via phone and any ongoing sessions in Windsor, Berkshire / online (zoom) if you are unable to attend in person.
You’re available for in-person sessions in Windsor (or via zoom if preferred).

About Rachel
Having walked a path from complex trauma to healing, Rachel brings not only a wide range of professional training but also the depth of lived experience.
Combining Somatics, Sound Therapy & Reiki, she is passionate to guide women home to their bodies and find freedom from emotional pain.
She holds a nurturing, judgment-free space in Berkshire (or online if preferred) where her clients are invited to show up exactly as they are, without masks or pretence.
In this space, they are supported to reconnect with themselves on a deeper, more authentic level - and to heal at a pace that honours their unique journey.
