Somatic Breathwork
& Reiki-Infused Sound Bath

Sometimes we don't need more thinking. We need a different experience.

Reiki-Infused Sound Bath

Baldwin Hall in Eton / Soul Barns, Mortimer

Join me for an experience combining Sound Therapy & Reiki, designed to offer deep relaxation - either in Eton on Friday as you head in to the weekend, or in Mortimer on Sunday, as it comes to a close.

The session will bring together soothing sounds, vibrations of tibetan & crystal bowls, harp, chimes, and percussion, combined with the nurturing energy of Reiki (Universal Life Force Energy)- inviting you mind, body, and soul into a deep state of healing, rest and energetic balance.

There's no effort required, no 'doing' - but instead an opportunity to 'be', exactly as you are.

Just arrive, lie down (or sit if preferred) comfortably and give yourself true permission to receive.

Each journey is unique, yet many participants describe:

  • Feeling lighter and clearer

  • Releasing tension or emotional heaviness

  • Reconnecting with a deep sense of peace within

Preparation/What To Bring:

Please bring your own yoga mat - along with a blanket (s), pillow (s), eye-mask and whatever else you need to feel comfortable.

Layered, comfortable clothing is recommended as body temperature can drop during the session.

A bottle of water for hydration.

Somatic (Conscious Connected) Breathwork

A supportive 2-hour Somatic Breathwork session to slow down, reconnect with your body, and explore breathwork at your own pace.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating change, curious about somatic healing, or longing to reconnect with yourself - this two-hour Somatic Breathwork session offers space to slow down, listen, feel, and be with what's there.

Somatic Breathwork combines Somatic (body based) connection practices with Breathwork.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is an option for this session - a form of breathwork where the inhale and exhale are intentionally connected in a continuous, circular rhythm, without pauses.

This practice can help release held tension, calm the nervous system, and support a deeper sense of presence, connection, and inner awareness.

CCB is not compulsory however. You're invited to choose what feels right for your body, with gentler adaptations available where needed.

Limited to a max of 8 participants, this is an intentionally small group, allowing space for more intimate support in a welcoming environment.

Contraindications and Safety

Conscious Connected Breathwork is not suitable for everyone.

It is not appropriate for those with certain conditions, including cardiovascular issues, high blood pressure, diabetes, epilepsy, severe psychiatric conditions, glaucoma, osteoporosis, asthma, recent surgery, pregnancy and some respiratory conditions.

If any of these apply, or if you’re unsure, please contact Rachel on 07762 162385 so we can discuss appropriate adaptations.

Conscious Connected Breathing can also bring about heightened physical sensations such as tingling, temperature changes, light-headedness and shaking or tremoring. For some, the practice may also bring them into contact with emotions or sensations that have been held beneath the surface for some time, which may feel new, vulnerable or unexpected.

If you’re currently in a vulnerable place or working through significant trauma, please do contact me so we can connect beforehand.

Preparation/What To Bring:

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket (s), pillow, eye-mask and whatever else you need to feel comfortable.

Layers are advised as body temperature can shift during the session.

A bottle of water for hydration. Journal and pen to take any insights if needed.

Comfortable, ideally loose fitting clothing is advised.

Booking Options - please choose the option that feels right for you

Sliding scale: £35-£44

  • £40 - Middle/standard tier -> use coupon code Pay40

This session is for you if:

:: You're regularly anxious and feel overwhelmed and you're desperate for more inner peace

:: Your mind is racing and you're stuck in patterns of overthinking

:: You resort to unhealthy choices in an attempt to find relief

This might look like:

Avoiding feeling, isolating, engaging in unhealthy relationships, excessive/under-eating, excessive exercise, alcohol, substance abuse, overworking- and more...

You have a good level of self-awareness and cognitive understanding of your patterns (maybe you’ve had some talk therapy already), yet you still feel the weight of unresolved issues hanging over you.
